Batteribyen
Batteribyen is a webshop, owned and driven by Lakuda ApS, which is one of the largest suppliers of batteries and accessories in ScandinaviaIntegration
Batteribyen is handling a large amount of orders every hour and data are exchanged between multiple systems automatically. Information like orders, stock, product information, orderstatus and similar are exchanged between their webshop and ERP system.
Remote stock information are updated automatically from suppliers around the world. These data are important for Batteribyen, as it allows them to give exact information about delivery time to the customers.
Transporting batteries and accessories often requires them to be labeled "dangerous goods". Depending on which transport company is used, the content of the batteries and the amount of packages being transported together, is a complicated process to do manually. We have developed a scanner solution which quickly scans all packages and calculate and print the required labels and transport documentation. This saves alot of time and resources in the packaging area.

Monitoring is an excellent tool to figure out, if everything is working as expected. All of our customers have selected our monitoring solution, in this case we once again use Batteribyen as an example.Monitoring
Batteribyen has a high rate of orders every hour and is currently expanding in Denmark and well as Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany and so on. They have many systems and processes that are vital to maintain this high rate. Besides monitoring their webshop is online and working, the monitoring also keep track of data and services within the integration itself. It also monitor servers in their network for performance and responses.
If a critical error occurs or a unit/service is not responding as expected, an alert is sent to persons responsible for monitoring the specific unit/service. All events are logged, each one showing the incident period, time and reason and they are all searchable.
When a problem is fixed or it was just a temporary problem, the monitoring service automatically detects this and removes the incident from the incident list. A new message is sent to persons responsible for the specific unit/service that the problem was solved.
The solution is scalable and highly customizable. The plug-in module makes it easy to add new features, so anything customer specific can easily be added.
